The house where the 1980s horror film Poltergeist (by renowned director and legend Steven Spielberg) was filmed and where we watched the Freelings fight with supernatural forces in the fictional neighborhood of Cuesta Verde was actually located in Simi Valley, California. The filmmaker, who has a current net worth of a whopping $3.7 billion, has proved to us time and time again that he has an excellent eye for properties as this house has entered the history of Hollywood and became known among the residents of this area as “Spielbergia.”
