The “Ironman” House – $117.2 Million
Created by Stan Lee, Iron Man has been one of the Marvel Comics superheroes for many years now and the first movie about him was released back in 2008 when the now extremely popular MCU was created. Of course, like all superheroes, Iron Man has more than enough moolah to afford himself a spectacular real estate investment like this with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The house is actually a real place and it is located in La Jolla Cliffs in California. The stylish house was also used for a very chic Calvin Klein ad.
