Married to Australian musician Keith Urban, the couple, as a duo, made the purchase shortly before the birth of their first daughter in 2008, perhaps with the intention to give it to Sunday Rose as an inheritance (or so we think). But the Aussie, award-winning actress boasts quite a few other properties scattered across the US. And with a net worth of over $300 million, it doesn’t seem too far-fetched to think that the actress would want to acquire quite a few more property. She seems like a hard worker after all.
