Maybe we should begin keeping an eye out for a luxury property like Charlize Theron’s three-bedroom house which she listed as $4.59 million but eventually sold for about $3.8 million. The South African actress purchased the chic, retro property in 2009 and was willing to let go of it for that amount because she had purchased it for $3.6 million. While she may not have made any worthy profit from its sale, we are confident that her bank account isn’t complaining at all. And if she was willing to let it go so easily; perhaps, if we asked nicely…well, there’s no harm in trying!
