Lavish Celebrity Houses – They Know How To Live It Up In Style

Lewis Hamilton – $40.7 Million, Manhattan

Lewis Hamilton is known for his superb performance in Formula 1 racing. This British racing driver races for Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport in Formula 1. Although he is young, Lewis has won the Formula 1 World Championship 5 times! Not only that, he first started racing in the year 2007 and his first win was also in 2007 for the Canadian Grand Prix. Lewis is worth $285 million, so what does he do with his money? Well, Lewis is interested in real-estate and recently, he just bought a second penthouse in Manhattan, which cost him $40.7 million and the place is popular with celebrities. Surprisingly, the house is only a block away from his other penthouse. The Manhattan penthouse was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The 4 bedrooms penthouse is equipped with an 82-feet long swimming pool, squash court, courtyard, and a library. Just recently, Lewis Hamilton won second place in the Australia Grand Prix.

Dr. Phil – Around $6 Million, Beverly Hills

Dr. Phil’s former house is quite curious, we must say. You’ll probably have a hard time keeping a straight face while basking in the scenes of an eye-catching chandelier and a staircase covered withe fake snakes. This lair is the real definition of acquired taste (and we haven’t even started describing the real peculiar parts of it). A further inspection would reveal a wall full of unconventional art pieces and old guns from hundreds of years ago. In fact, the $5.75 million dollar mansion was apparently designed by Dr. Phil’s own son, Jordan McGraw (who is quite a heartthrob, we must say). Jordan, who had been living there previously, turned the humble abode into a never-ending Halloween!
