Jon Bon Jovi – $42 Million, New York
The rock star, Jon Bon Jovi, bought this stunning 7,452 square feet duplex in 2007 for $24 million. He has since spent a few more millions, and now the value has skyrocketed to an estimated $42 million. In fact, someone actually offered that much to buy it. It is a penthouse located on top of the New Museum’s 158 Mercer Street building, and it is complete with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It is confirmed that, in late 2019, Bon Jovi will be releasing a new album which will be their fifteenth album already.
