British actor James Corden and host of The Late Late Show With James Corden has always been a relatively obese man, in fact, it played to his advantage during comedy sketches and TV shows. However, Corden decided enough was enough and hired himself a personal trainer. He also cut out sugar, bread and generally improved his entire diet plan. Adding nutrition and exercising hard and long gave him a lot of success. He dropped 85 pounds and looks a lot better for it.
