Rio Ferdinand – Cheshire – $3.5 Million
Rio Ferdinand became part of the English national team in 1997 and he officially retired from playing internationally in 2013. Ferdinand was also part of football clubs like West Ham United, Manchester United, and Queens Park Rangers. He is already 40 years old today but he made an announcement back in 2017 that he wants to pursue boxing professionally. Ferdinand once lived in a seven-bedroom house in Cheshire which features a gym, pool, boot room, playroom, and solarium. After his wife died of cancer, he placed the mansion up for sale. The original asking price was around $5.7 million but it sold for around $3.5 million.
