Tim Cahill – Caringbah South – $5.7 million
Footballer Tim Cahill reportedly purchased a $5.7-mansion location in Caringbah South. His house stands on 4,200-square-foot of land that features four bedrooms, a large custom designed kitchen, and a formal dining room. The residence also has a swimming pool, a floodlit tennis court, and a spa. However, Tim did not spend much time in the mansion as he lived in New York with his wife, and eventually moved to China with their kids. Tim signed with the Indian Super League club Jamshedpur but failed to play in their first game against Mumbai City FC because of his suspension.
