Imagine a Prince and his wife arriving at their ceremony in a golden stretch Rolls-Royce limo. Now imagine 100 limousines transporting guests to the event. Does it sound crazy? Well, that’s exactly what the wedding of Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah of Brunei to Pengiran Anak Sarah was like! Among the high-profile wedding guests were Crown Prince Naruhito of Japan and Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester. A marching band was ordered to parade in honor of the wedding and could be seen through Bandar Seri Begawan. The wedding was called the Asian wedding of the year.
