Kevin Spacey – House of Cards – $11 Million

This used to be the house of former House of Cards star Kevin Spacey, which featured a 6,595-square-foot residence located in Los Feliz, with a pool, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It was reportedly sold in 2017 for $11 million. Spacey will probably be spending a lot of those proceeds on attorneys considering that he is now facing charges for indecent assault. His trial just started in January 2019, where Spacey pleaded ‘not guilty.’ House of Cards’ final and sixth season aired in 2018 without Spacey. Of course, you can still watch it as many times as you want on Netflix.
