Queen Latifah – Just Wright – $2.3 Million
Queen Latifah’s former house is certainly the escape she wanted it to be. With a huge pool and 7,000 square feet of privacy, the area is certainly far away from the rushed lifestyle of Manhattan. However, selling this huge piece of real estate was not easy at all. The “Queen of Hip-hop” had to list it on the market a couple of times and reduce the price a couple of times before someone finally bought it. Latifah has been out of the spotlight for the last few months after her mother’s passing but while she recovers, her movies, including 2010 Just Wright – which might get a sequel in 2019 – are now streaming on Netflix.
