Timothy Hutton’s brilliant acting in Netflix’s The Haunting of House Hill might have brought you to tears at some point –no spoilers- but what is not tear-worthy is the actual, down-to-earth price he listed his home for. At $1.89 million, this historical estate surrounded by 40 acres of land, was barely touched by a designer, with a pool and a cabana. The place is worthy of any Oscar-winning actor such as Timothy, who will now have a recurring role in the new season of the drama TV show, How to Get Away with Murder.
