Having as much money as an NBA star broadens your options – and for former San Fransisco 49ers wide receiver, Jerry Rice, he chose to build his custom smart-home over buying an extravagant or lavish property. Rice’s home has six bedrooms, eleven baths, a movie theater, pool with a pool house, sauna, steam room, gym, and even a gift-wrapping room. Rice has been enjoying quiet time in recent years and he has reportedly been in a relationship with Latisha Pelayo since the late 2000. Sources say the couple got engaged back in 2018.
