Carson Palmer – Del Mar, Estimated $25 Million
For Arizona Cardinals’ quarterback and former Oakland Raiders (and Cincinnati Bengals), home is an 8,000 square feet property in the city of Del. Carson Palmer purchased half an acre of land for $4.4 million and spent $20 million in the construction and designing of the house. For a home that could quickly go for twice its construction cost, we can say that Palmer could make quite the investment savvy businessman. However, the 3-story estate is not for sale (yet), but if it were and you want it, you’d be needing a huge home loan.
