Philip Rivers – Rancho Santa Fe, Estimated $4.7 Million
In the spirit of making customized options – Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers purchased an 8-acre property in the Rancho del Lago community in Santa Fe for $4.7 million, where he hopes will become an impressive mansion. It will leave a dent in his bank account no doubt, but with the gated community offering a model that includes a private tennis court, swimming pool, spa and ultimate privacy – it will be well worth the cost. Rivers is already 37 years old today and despite playing in eight Pro Bowls already, he has yet to experience becoming a Super Bowl champion.
