Defense end J.J. Watt used the word “minimalistic,” to describe his cabin when in fact, it is a luxurious 4,500-square-foot home. The vacation house sits on 35-acre of land and even has an elevator, though it lacks a dedicated gym, something which Watt plans to change by converting the barn. It is estimated that Watt’s lovely vacation home is worth $800K. But who has an extra million sitting on our bank account? Well, not Watt, he’s got significantly more than that. Watt still plays for the Houston Texans as of today and he was part of five Pro Bowl so far.
