Anthony Hopkins and Stella Arroyave – $185M
Anthony Hopkins delivered, perhaps, what is his best performance yet in The Silence of The Lambs. When it comes to matters of the heart, he was taken by Stella Arroyave’s charm when they met. He walked into her antique shop and they embarked on their personal fairy tale afterward.
Hopkins had an alcohol habit which he beat in the mid-’70s and he hasn’t had a drop of liquor since then. He also kicked smoking to the curb thanks to Allen Carr’s self-help publications. He worked on himself and it translated into offering his best during his relationship with Arroyave.
