Hannah Jeter is a stunning 28-year-old American model known for appearing on Sports Illustrated. In 2015, the news was confirmed that Hannah and her boyfriend, baseball player Derek Jeter were engaged, and in 2016, they got married. In August 2017, Hannah was giving birth to their daughter Bella Raine Jeter. Hannas is quite the athletic girl, too.
