Alan Alda (M*A*S*H), 1972 – 1983
Alan Alda is known by many for giving life to the role of Hawkeye Pierce on the show, M*A*S*H. His bank account just ballooned, owing to the success of the series where he appeared in a total of 251 episodes. His portrayal of the role also won him numerous awards. Alda’s other notable portrayals were on The West Wing, The Four Seasons, and The Aviator. Instead of spending his 80s just chilling at home, he still keeps himself busy by doing acting work. From 2018 to 2019, Alda played Dr. Arthur Amiot in an episode of Ray Donovan.
