Marla Gibbs (The Jeffersons), 1975- 1985
Some of you might remember actress Marla Gibbs for playing a maid named Florence Johnston in the show, The Jeffersons. Gibbs’ performance earned her a total of five Primetime Emmy Award nominations. You might have also seen her on 227, Grantham & Rose, and Madea’s Witness Protection. Gibbs hasn’t been doing any retirement planning whatsoever because she has been doing so many projects in more recent times. Gibbs appeared in shows like Station 19, The Thindermans, and Beyond in 2018. She is set to play in an upcoming film called HeadShop.
