Elizabeth MacRae is the actress who gave life to the role of Lou-Ann Poovie on the show called Gomer Pyle: USMC. Other classic shows you might have seen MacRae in were Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, and Gunsmoke. You will not really see that much of MacRae anymore these days because she hasn’t done any acting work since the late 1980s. The most recent project you will see on her acting portfolio is the 1988 movie, Another Tomorrow. MacRae was married to screenwriter and actor Nedrick Young until his death in 1968. Her current husband is Charles Halsey.
