Another very prolific actress has been Lyova Haskell Rosenthal better known by her stage name Lee Grant. She even earned herself an Oscar nomination right after her debut film in 1951, Detective’s Story. Then came a time when her home financing probably went through a rough period, as her career suffered from the notorious Hollywood blacklist. She made her comeback in the early ’60s, and she managed to grab an Academy Award for her iconic performance in the 1975 film, Shampoo. She also received seven Emmy nominations, earning the Award twice.
