Ron Howard was popularly known for the roles he had in sitcoms like Happy Days and The Andy Griffith Show. Howard later became a successful director as well and was greatly recognized for his work on movies like A Beautiful Mind and Apollo 13. The house you see in the photos above is the former residence of Howard in Connecticut. The 17,200-square-foot estate came with six bedrooms, a library, a movie theater, a billiards room, and an indoor pool. After owning the place for about two decades, Howard was able to sell it for $27.5 million. Ron is not a fan of automotive, but he owns a 1970 Volkswagen Beetle that he still drives around with and it is his first car. Ron has a net worth of $160 million and is still active and making money.
