Jillian Michaels also joins the throng of celebrities that have outgrown their homes and seem willing to do anything to get rid of it. But a 27-year-old 4,038 square feet property that overlooks 53 feet of beach in Las Flores doesn’t seem like something we can grab from her that easy. Michaels listed the place for close to $10 million and brought it down to $8.775 million in less than a year after the earlier listing. But if you can afford a mortgage of a house valued at its rate, the property comes highly recommended – by no one other than Jillian Michaels herself.
