Lauren Conrad – $5.2 Million, California
When TV star Lauren Conrad listed her 5,900-square-foot California home for a modest $5.2 million, we thought that everyone (who could afford it) would jump at the offer to own the posh, 5-bedroom house. With its hardwood floors and subway tiles, she may have received $4.999 million as her best offer yet (still a lot of money for her bank account). It had us wishing we had enough money to make the offer ourselves. And for a property like that, why shouldn’t we? In April 2019, Conrad announced that she and her husband, William Tell, were expecting their second baby already.
