Josh Hutcherson – $2.5 Million, Hollywood Hills
The Hunger Games star, Josh Hutcherson, lives in a house made of wood. But, hold your sniggers. The dreamy “Tree House” has a movie lounge, barbecue area, and is located in the very secure Hollywood Hills neighborhood. We can only hope he has some pricey insurance coverage because, in the event of a fire, it would be a shame to see 1,861 square feet of living space reduced to ashes. The most recent acting role Hutcherson has was in the show called Future Man. He is set to star in two upcoming movies titled The Long Home and Burn.
