Miley Cyrus – $2.5 Million, Malibu
The 27-year-old pop diva has a great business plan: she buys luxurious homes and sells them off. This seems to work for her, as she already has an estimated $20 million in her bank account. She recently got herself a 1,384 square feet house with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The house sits on a 2.06-acre land. It comes with an outdoor Jacuzzi, gazebo, and a two-car garage for electric cars. Unfortunately, her Malibu home was completely destroyed by the Woolsey Wildfire in late 2018. Cyrus is back on her feet these days and is excelling at her career again. She recently released a new EP called She Is Comin back in May 2019.
