Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake’s $20.2-million apartment in Tribeca New York offers us a gentle reminder of what happens when money marries a lot of money. That purchase not only put the celebrity couple and their small family in a choicest of neighborhoods, but it also made them neighbors with quite a few prominent Hollywood figures. What we are not quite sure of is what they are doing with their $7-million penthouse. But then again, that figure probably didn’t pinch their combined $250 million net worth – such a buoyant bank account is no laughing matter.
