Kim & Kanye West – $11 Million, Bel Air
Forget Will Smith, the new Prince and Princess of Bel Air are none other than celebrity couple – Kimye. Or at least they were before they flipped their $11-million Bel-air home for nearly double the price they bought it. That’s right, Kim and Kanye seem to have purchased the property as an investment, and after spending a lot of money on renovations, they put the house back on the market barely five years after. Or maybe it was because the house was a robbery target… Whatever the case, congratulations to the new owners.
