Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux once lived in a $22-million mansion in the prestigious Bel Air estates. The property spans over 3.5 acres of land and is in a secure gated community. Aniston has spent around $8 million to improve the house further, and that includes a huge wine cellar, Korean clay room, and a two-story tree house with a built-in full entertainment system. Aniston and Theroux tied the knot back in 2015 but sadly, went their own ways back in 2017. They still have to process their divorce filing.
