The first thing that stands out in Peyton Manning’s 16,464 square feet Chevy Hills Village property is its panic room. Perhaps being a world-renowned NFL Quarterback with a ton of money and valuable paraphernalia leaves you a tad paranoid. Or maybe not – perhaps Manning was drawn to the 7-bedroom home because of its 7-car garage and wine cellar – whatever the case, we sure hope he has insurance covered; there’s no such thing as too much security. Manning was known for owning a number of branches of Papa John’s Pizza since 2012 but he decided to sell his stakes in 2018.
