116. Andrew Sachs – VASCULAR DEMENTIA
Actor Andrew Sachs was best remembered for his role of Manuel in the show, Fawlty Towers. He also did some work as a voice actor. In 2012, he was diagnosed with vascular dementia. After four years of battling the condition, he later succumbed to the disease. Following his death in 2016, the BBC played a Fawlty Towers episode in his memory. Sachs was 86 years old when he passed away. He had only been married once, to Melody Lang and had three kids. He had an uncredited film role on Alice Through the Looking Glass that was released in the year that he died.
