186. Peter Vaughan- NATURAL CAUSES
Vaughan was a veteran actor when he joined the Game of Thrones cast as Maester Aemon Targaryen, a role that would later prove to be his last. He was most famous for his exquisite performance in the iconic British series, Porridge. Another important role was as Anthony Hopkin’s father in The Remains of the Day. Vaughan was almost completely blind during filming due to his old age. Vaughan died of natural causes in 2016 at 93. His will and testament were already prepared as he was well aware that his last days were soon to come.
