When it comes to football, the name Madden is at the top of the list. Very few legends can hold a candle to John Madden, and that is not a surprise considering how much the man contributed to the sport. His time as coach and announcer will forever be remembered by his fans as his passion always showed.
For one, John never lost a season as a coach, making him the undisputed greatest of all time. Surprisingly, even as a commentator, John went ahead with his winning ways, claiming 16 sports Emmy awards. The legend was a beast on and off the field, and it’s quite sad he passed away unexpectedly at the age of 95 in 2021.
