Perez Hilton is the man who knows all about celebrities, and he definitely had the juiciest details when it came to celeb weight loss. However, in 2008, a health prognosis called the tabloid star to start working out in order to look more like the stars he was after. He eventually lost 70 pounds and is now the fit version of himself we are familiar with. He told  Shape magazine that he works out seven days a week varying his regimen, including Pilates and yoga. He also advises getting a hold of a healthy cookbook and prepping meals at least twice each week to stay accountable.
