Christina Aguilera has had difficulties maintaining her weight in the past, especially after having her second child, when she gained as much as 200 pounds. The former The Voice judge quickly managed to slim down, thought, and get back to her great looks. Reportedly, she collaborated with a meal-prep service called The Fresh Diet. Moreover, she managed to contain her stress, which  according to her is what often led her to eat more than she actually needed to. In total, she lost an estimated 50 lbs in 2015 by also taking a much-needed break from her hectic work schedule to focus on raising her son and her music.
