Amber Riley – 20 pounds – Diet & Exercise

Former Glee sensation Amber Riley was never slim or petite but she did acknowledge that she could do with losing weight. Weight loss products weren’t necessary though and neither was gastric bypass surgeries. Amber researched and adopted a healthy diet and she started exercising, too. It isn’t known exactly how much weight she’s lost but we do know she’s managed to drop two dress sizes, which on average is about 20 pounds. In 2013, she became the African-American woman to take home the win after competing in Dancing with the Stars.
