Jill Scott – 63 Pounds – Low-Fat Diet & Workouts

After giving birth to her son in 2009 and reaching her largest weight at 263 pounds, Jill Scott decided it was time for her to make some changes in her lifestyle. Adopting a new diet and exercise regimen over the next two years, Scott managed to lose some 63 pounds, becoming an avid cyclist and exercise fan. Since welcoming a slimmer and healthier figure, Scott has managed to release two more albums: The Light of the Sun in 2011 and Woman in 2015. Her most recent tour came in 2018, titled Live In the Moment Tour.
