Dick Van Dyke is a very talented actor but he doesn’t stop there. He can do comedy, he can sing, and he can even dance. As was seen in his cameo for Mary Poppins Returns in 2018, Dick is in top shape, and he managed to do pretty well in the new movie! A place that is almost as awesome as himself is his former home in Encino, which not only has its very own fitness room, but there’s also an elevator in the luxurious home. The place was sold in 2016 for $6.15M, quite a steal considering all the features of this magnificent house.

Dolly Parton – $1.2 Million, Nashville

Country music icon Dolly Parton put her place in Nashville up for sale at $1.2M. With 2.4 acres, the estate belonged to Dolly for more than two decades and she lived there with her husband Carl Dean. The year 2019 has so far been a good period for Dolly. She was honored with a special gala in February and then appeared in the Grammys, singing her iconic song Jolene together with Miley Cyrus, for which Dolly was much acclaimed. Dolly keeps looking radiant at 73 and she has said without any shame that plastic surgery has certainly gotten her where she is looking as awesome as she does. And she certainly looks good!
