Rafael Nadal, 32 – Estimated $2M

Probably Djokovic’s biggest rival, Rafael Nadal, holds a title portfolio as impressive and rewarding as Novak’s. Ranked No. 2 in the world, “Rafa” can afford super-expensive houses we can only dream of. His mansion in Playa Nueva Romana, Dominican Republic, is exactly one of these homes, with a golf course, private dock, seaside access, lush greenery, floor-to-ceiling windows, and numerous other luxurious amenities. He bought it for an estimated $2 million back in 2012. Surprisingly, though, he hasn’t sold it yet, as many celebs do. He recently underwent a successful operation to fix his injured ankle. Reportedly, he now feels much better.
