Adele is a very talented British singer who has an incredible voice. In an interview, she stated that she used to cry about her weight. She started her diet so that she would not damaged her voice with her old habit of drinking 10 cups of sugary tea everyday and her old habits of drinking, smoking and eating spicy and sour food. What really helped Adele with her weight loss was her training. She claimed that she lose wight by watching, Joe Wicks aka The Body Coach videos and it really helps her a lot.  She also worked out like Jennifer Lawrence with a celebrity trainer, Dalton Wong. Her training and diet really paid off as she has shed 42 pounds. She was seen recently at Drake’s birthday party and looked so beautiful.
