The “Seinfeld” Apartment Building – $900K

For nine years, Jerry Seinfeld made his audience laugh with his sitcom Seinfeld, earning a whopping $1 million per episode and boosting his bank account to $870 million. As everything regarding the show became iconic, so did the apartment where the four friends used to hang out. Although in the sitcom, the address is in New York on 81st street, where the actor Jerry Seinfeld himself used to live, in reality, the apartment was located in Los Angeles in New Hampshire, Koreatown. The building is called The Shelley, but despite little changes to its facade, it not very recognizable nowadays.
