High school average Joes who wanted to become heroes found their icon in the face of Matthew Broderick when he starred as Ferris B. on Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. The story of a high school student who skips school with two friends and gets in all kinds of weird situation unravels magnificently, but it would have been nothing without Bueller’s clothes, who represented the ’80s era as teenagers. Most importantly, it would have been nothing without that jacket with the animal print on it, which became a cult classic later. Broderick still stars in acclaimed films, with his latest being the 2018 movie, Look Away.
