Vanessa Hudgens – The Princess Switch -$5 Million
Vanessa Hudgens will always be remembered for her role on High School Musical, which catapulted her, Zac Efron, and other teenagers, straight to fame’s spotlight. After buying her first house when she was only a teenager, Vanessa has switched houses a couple of times, with the newest one located in Los Feliz. This Los Angeles real estate, which used to be owned by Gary Oldman, is the new home of Vanessa and boyfriend Austin Butler. Probably not fit for the princess-to-be she represents in the Netflix movie The Princess Switch, it’s still a very spacious place, with four bedrooms and a separate guest house.
