Chris Pine – Outlaw King – $3 Million
One of Vanessa’s new neighbors? Chris Pine, the star of the historical Netflix movie Outlaw King, acquired this very nice deluxe house back in 2010. With a very relaxed decoration and architecture, the house is perfect for resting after filming for the new Wonder Woman: 1984 movie, for which Pine’s reprisal of his role has been recently confirmed. Considering the beautiful landscaping that has been done around the more than 6,000-square-foot mansion, Chris can probably give some friendly neighborly advice on how to maintain your Los Feliz mansion to one or two celebrities out there.
