155. Sir Terry Wogan – CANCER
Terry Wogan was known for his work as a radio host and television broadcaster. He even became the most listened-to radio presenter in the entire Europe at some point, and he was often regarded to be one of Britain’s national treasures, at least when it comes to radio broadcasting. His show Wake Up To Wogan has approximately eight million regular listeners. He decided to retire in 2009 although he hosted Weekend Wogan from 2010 to 2015. He was also a supporter of the Children In Need charity for more than thirty years. He passed away in 2016 because of cancer.
