59. Andy Whitfield – NON- HODGKIN’S LYMPHOMA
Andy Whitfield started his working life as a constructor. Born in England, he moved to Australia, where he got his first important role in the movie, Gabriel. His role on Spartacus: Blood and Sand was the one that marked his career, but unfortunately, Andy left this world way too soon at the age of 39. After he was diagnosed with cancer, he had to subject himself to endless chemo sessions and other methods, but the cancer was unbeatable. After an 18-month struggle, Andy passed away in 2011. He is survived by his wife and two children.
