The starring character named Jeannie in the show I Dream of Jeannie was portrayed by actress Barbara Eden. On the big screen, Eden was known for the roles she had on Swingin’ Along, The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm, and The Yellow Canary. Eden does not get as many paychecks in the acting scene anymore but she still makes some guest appearances from time to time. Her most recent TV appearance was during an episode of the reality TV show called Long Island Medium, in 2018. She also released a best-selling memoir titled Jeannie Out of the Bottle.
